Refund Policy

At JBeStrong, we are committed to providing quality personal training and nutrition coaching services. Because coaching is a service-based program that requires planning, scheduling, and delivery of time and resources, the following refund policy applies:

1. Subscriptions & Payments

  • All payments for monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun.

  • Clients are responsible for canceling their subscription with at least 7 days’ notice before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.

2. Unused Sessions

  • Unused personal training sessions or nutrition check-ins within an active subscription period are non-refundable and do not roll over into the next billing cycle.

3. Cancellations by JBeStrong

  • If JBeStrong must cancel a scheduled session, clients will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.

  • In the rare case that JBeStrong must terminate a subscription, clients will receive a pro-rated refund for unused services.

4. Special Circumstances

Refund requests due to medical issues or emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis and may require documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note).

5. Digital & Educational Materials

All digital resources, guides, or programs purchased separately from coaching services are non-refundable once delivered.
