About Me
My name is James Bradley, and I’m a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition Coach — but before any of that, I’m a husband, a father, and a man who decided to rewrite his own story.
My journey into fitness didn’t start in a gym — it started in a dark place. In 2014, I was medically retired from the Army due to lung issues, and for years after, I saw myself as broken and incapable. The structure, purpose, and identity I once had felt lost. Then, in 2020, during the chaos of COVID, life slowed down. I found myself at home with my kids, staring in the mirror more often than I wanted to, realizing how far I’d drifted from the person I wanted to be.
That’s when I made a declaration — I was going to be in better shape in my 30s than I ever was in my 20s while in the Army. It wasn’t about competing with who I used to be; it was about proving to myself that I could rise again, stronger, smarter, and more disciplined.
I started training consistently, focusing on rebuilding both my body and mindset. Over time, progress became proof — proof that I wasn’t broken, just unfinished. Friends and family began asking for help with their own goals, and seeing them grow sparked something powerful in me. Their belief pushed me to get certified so I could turn what I loved into my career.
Today, I coach individuals who are ready to rebuild, redefine, and reclaim their strength — inside and out. My focus is on body recomposition: losing fat, building lean muscle, and helping you feel confident in your own skin. I believe fitness isn’t just about how you look — it’s about who you become in the process.
My biggest motivation comes from my family. My wife Meg, my son Carter, and my daughter Zoey are my “why.” Carter once said, “Dad looks like he does legs every day,” and during a Veterans Day ceremony, he proudly told me his friends said, “My friends said you look like you’re a tank.” Zoey’s words — “You just don’t look like what dads are supposed to look like” — remind me daily that I’m setting a different example for them. As for what my wife says that keeps me going… well, I’ll just say it works.
Fitness changed my life — not because it gave me muscles, but because it gave me purpose, confidence, and control again. Now, my mission is to help others find that same spark. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, build strength, or simply be proud of your reflection, I’m here to help you make it happen.
Because you’re not broken — you’re just one decision away from your comeback.
